We offer unique, made-to-order products using print-on-demand services. Because each item is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size

• Minor color or design variations due to print process

All products are made to order and are not eligible for cancellation or return once production begins.

🛠 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with a defect, misprint, or was damaged during shipping, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement or refund.

To request a refund or replacement:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item

• Provide clear photos of the issue

• Include your order number and a brief explanation

We will review and respond quickly to resolve the issue.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved.
